After contacting us, we will first schedule a virtual, free of charge meeting with you. In this meeting we will learn about you and your needs, and brainstorm with you about possible design solutions. After the meeting, we will send you a detailed offer based on three design packages we offer.
I. DESIGN CONSULTANCY
When you need:
- help only with a specific area of design; ie. colour/lighting scheme, material selection, furniture layout/selection, floor plan review etc.
- help in finding unique or custom-made objects for your design
- to style or stage your home with some new/existing furniture and accessories
We provide:
- design and shopping advice
- schemes
- scaled plans
- simple 3D visualisations
- if needed: help with the implementation
Price: 80€/h (+VAT) + travel expenses
Hours and number of site visits agreed with client before project start.
II. ONE ROOM DESIGN
When you need:
- full scale interior design service to already existing or newly built room, or to closely connected two areas in an open concept design
We provide:
- measuring on site
- a holistic design concept
- schemes (colour, lighting) and detailed designs (fixtures, joinery)
- scaled plans and 3D visualisations
- specifications and documentation for construction and other design professionals
- help in finding suppliers and ordering samples, materials and furniture within limits of budget
- oversight of deliveries and quality checks of materials and furniture
- styling of room before hand-over
- if needed: overall project management/oversight of construction or help in finding construction professionals
Price: Fixed (+VAT) + travel expenses
Fixed price depends on complexity and the amount of hours required to realise the design. Fixed price and number of site visits is agreed with client before project start. Client will benefit full designer discounts of Onni Interiors.
III. APARTMENT/HOUSE DESIGN
When you need:
- full scale interior design service to your existing or newly built home
We provide:
- measuring on site
- a holistic design concept
- schemes (colour, lighting) and detailed designs (fixtures, joinery)
- scaled plans and 3D visualisations
- specifications and documentation for construction and other design professionals
- help in finding suppliers and ordering samples, materials and furniture within limits of budget
- oversight of deliveries and quality checks of materials and furniture
- styling of apartment/house before hand-over
- if needed: overall project management/oversight of construction or help in finding construction/garden design professionals
Pricing in four phases:
1. Concept development - Fixed + 80€/h (+VAT)
2. Design documentation - Fixed + 80€/h (+VAT)
3. Construction - 80€/h (+VAT)
4. Furnishing & styling - 80€/h (+VAT)
Fixed prices depend on complexity of design and amount of work hours. Additional hourly charges are based on site visits and other meetings with client. Client will benefit full designer discounts of Onni Interiors.
